Wilma Juhree Lucas

Wilma Juhree Lucas was born October 11, 1934 in Antlers, OK to Paul J. and Rosabell (Maine) Milam. Wilma, age 85, passed to her heavenly home on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Wilma spent her formative years in Antlers, OK where she also attended school.

Wilma married Bill Lucas in 1961 in Naturita, CO. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, quilting, and spending time with her grandchildren. She moved from Beatty, NV to Stamford, TX in 2011, following the death of her husband.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50 years, Bill, 2 sons, Jimmy Leroy Rogers and Walter Ray Rogers, and a sister Louellen Stuart.

Survivors include her daughter, Jan Muehlstein and husband Hollis of Avoca, TX; brother, Joe Milam of Carlsbad, NM; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held Friday, June 5, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at the Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel (807 Columbia) Stamford, TX with Rev. Richard Strait officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home.
