Victoria Alaniz, 45, of Stamford, TX joined the angel’s choir in heaven on Friday, October 1, 2021, sharing her beautiful voice and piano playing following a valiant fight against Covid 19.

Victoria Ann Alaniz was born November 10, 1975, in Stamford, TX, the eldest of two daughters born to Fred and Sylvia Moreno Pardon. She was a 1994 graduate of Stamford High School.

Victoria was a lifetime resident of Stamford and a Baptist by faith. She played the piano and sang at Central Baptist until it closed. Currently, Victoria was serving as the musician at Paint Creek Baptist Church. Victoria shared her musical talents by playing and singing at numerous weddings and funerals.

Victoria was a wonderful, artsy, fun loving, daughter, sister, mother, and Kiki. She was such a beloved Kiki to her grandson, Raedyn, that even her niece, Madeline and nephew, Grayson referred to her as Kiki. Victoria was a die-hard football fan, especially when one of her favorite teams the Dallas Cowboys or Texas Tech Red Raiders took the field. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her quiet time with a good book.

Victoria was employed by the Jones County Appraisal District since 2006, as a financial administrator. She had previously worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Health Care Service Corporation for 9 years.

When Victoria went to be with her Lord and Savior she was welcomed and reunited with her grandparents, Roy and Carmen Moreno, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Victoria’s legacy will be carried on and cherished by her parents, Fred and Sylvia Padron of Stamford, TX; her son, Roy Alaniz and wife Ruby of Midland, TX; grandson, Raedyn Alaniz of Midland, TX; sister, Mindy Sledge and husband Foree of Stamford, TX; niece, Madeline Sledge, and nephew Grayson Sledge both of Stamford, TX; numerous other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m., November 6, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Stamford.
