Sara Nicholl Ferguson

March 26, 1984 — November 19, 2020

Sara Nicholl Garcia Ferguson was born on March 26, 1984, to the union of Robert and Francine Rangel Garcia in Stamford, TX. She peacefully walked into her victory Thursday, November 19, 2020, at the age of 36.

Sara received her formal education in the Stamford Public School where she graduated in 2002. After graduation, she attended Wharton Jr. College in Houston where she earned a degree as a Phlebotomist. Sara worked for Cy-Fair Hospital in Houston for 8 years before returning to Stamford in 2016.

Sara loved arts and crafts, and baking with her mother. Sara and her mother became entrepreneurs with their baking skills, opening Frips Cupcakery in Stamford.

On September 22, 2018 Sara married the love of her life Corey Ferguson in Stamford at the TCR pavilion.

Sara was a strong willed, God fearing woman and attended the House of God Church and New Hope Church in Abilene where she was a faithful member who truly loved her Lord, making it her mission in life to bring others to know Jesus. Sara enjoyed reading her Bible and listening to Christian music. She would listen to pastors on YouTube, making personal notes of their messages as well as sketching into art form illustrations of what their message meant to her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Garcia, her grandparents, Jose and Lupe Garcia and Albino and Gregoria Rangel, mother and father-in-law, Rose and John Ferguson, aunt and uncle, Laura and David Garcia.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her husband, Corey Ferguson of the home; mother and stepfather, Francine and Alvin Kamman; brother, Christopher Garcia; brother Robert Adam Garcia; brother-in-law, Thomas Ferguson; sister-in-law Connie Ferguson; niece Avery Garcia; aunt and uncle Dolores and Joe Garcia; aunt and uncle Margo and Yasmine Martinez; and a multitude of other relatives and friends.
