Russell Scott Dickenson

Russell Scott Dickenson was born on July 29, 1973, to Robert “Bob” Henry Dickenson, Jr., and Ruth Ann (Harris) Dickenson in Abilene, TX. On Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the age of 50. Russell departed this earth to follow his Savior and be reunited with his parents in heaven.

Russell was preceded in death by his father Robert Henry Dickenson, Jr. on February 22, 2020, his mother, Ruth Ann Dickenson on November 28, 2020, a brother Ricky Dickenson in 1975, and an uncle, Montie Neighbors.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a sister and brother-in-law, Robbi and Mike Harris of Breckenridge, TX; 1 niece, Mackenzie Harris of Houston, TX, 1 aunt, Richie Neighbors of Abilene, TX; cousins, Randa Tucker and husband Tony of Abilene, TX, uncle,  Randy Slapak and wife Pat and Ryan Slapak of Springhill, TN, and numerous friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Stamford, TX with Randa Tucker officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home (807 Columbia) Stamford, TX.
