Patricia Ann Bogle

July 11, 1941 — September 13, 2018

Patricia Ann Bogle, 77, entered eternal peace on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Hendrick Medical Center.

Patricia Ann (Wardwell) Bogle was born on July 11, 1941 in Mexia, Texas. She was one of four children blessing the union of Barron Wardwell and Annie (Burnham) Wardwell. She attended school at Stamford for 11 years and completed her final year with G.E.D. courses. She married John Bogle February 1958 and together they worked at the meat market at Piggly Wiggly and also Lawrence Brothers. Patricia also worked for a short time at the sewing factory and nursing home before joining her husband at the grocery stores. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church. In her spare time Patricia enjoyed sewing, crafting and cooking for her family and loved ones.

She was predeceased by her parents; and her daughter, Michelle Barnett in 2011.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her; loving husband of 60 years, Johnny Bogle; sons, Ricky Bogle and wife Annette, Dusty Barnett and wife Nicole; sisters, Debbie Dancer and husband Henry, Jeanetta Kay Gray and husband Eddie; brother Dwain Wardwell and wife Barbara; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Patricia’s life will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Temple Baptist Church with Rev. Jesse Morton officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home.
