Ralph Escobedo Torres

Ralph Escobedo Torres, 55, of Stamford, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2010.  Funeral Mass will be said at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the St. Ann’s
Catholic Church in Stamford with Father George Roney officiating. Interment will follow at the
Highland Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home of Stamford.
Ralph was born January 17, 1955 in Stamford to Solomon and Ruby Torres.  He was a lifetime
resident of the area. Ralph attended school in Stamford, was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic
Church and worked in the oil field as a roughneck.
Survivors include his parents, Solomon and Ruby Torres of Stamford, 1 son, Robert Acosta of
Stamford, 2 brothers, Jamie (James) Torres and wife Mary of Abilene and Edward Torres of Fort
Worth, 2 sisters, Christina Allison of Stamford and Delia Lopez of Abilene.
