With courage, dignity, and an unwavering faith, Ronnie Dale Teichelman has completed his earthly journey. Ronnie was born November 5, 1947 in Abilene to Clarence and Rachel Teichelman. He was a lifetime resident of the Stamford-Sagerton area, and a graduate of Stamford High School. He married Kathleen Guenther June 29, 1974 in New Braunfels, Texas. He farmed in Haskell and Jones counties, was a member of the Sons of Hermann Lodge, a former board member of the Farmers Coop. Gin in Stamford and served for many years on the church council for Faith Lutheran Church in Sagerton. Ronnie was a hard working man who lived a simple and humble life.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Teichelman of Sagerton, 1 daughter, Melanie Hill and husband Brandon of San Antonio, TX and 1 son, Ross Teichelman of Sagerton, parents, Clarence and Rachel Teichelman of Stamford, 2 sisters, Phyllis Nichols and husband Raymond of Knox City and Arlene Vitucci and husband Steve of Copperas Cove, TX, 1 step grandchild, Marissa Hill of San Antonio and numerous other relatives.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Faith Lutheran Church in Sagerton with Rev. Keith Palmquist officiating. Burial will follow in the Capron Cemetery under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home of Stamford. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5 until 7 p.m.
