James "Little Jimmy" Walker

James “Little Jimmy” Walker, 69, passed to his eternal home on Friday, February 24, 2017 in San Angelo, Texas.
James Weldon Walker, Jr. was born June 21, 1947 in Knox City, TX to James Weldon Walker, Sr. and Mary Ann Ejem Walker. He graduated from Stamford High School in 1966. He attended college at the American Commercial College, where he graduated in 1968. Jimmy worked as a bail bondsman for David Jenkins Bail Bonds for several years.
He was a member of the Weinert Four Square Church in Weinert, TX, where he was baptized at the age of 12.
Mr. Walker is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Walker of Stamford, TX; 1 brother, Billie Walker and wife Ruth of San Angelo, TX; 3 sisters, Carolyn Morgan of Stamford, TX, Paula Wells of San Angelo, TX and Kim Moore and husband John of Greenwood, TX.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, March 3, 2017at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paul Wright officiating.
