Lucille Mueller, 95, entered into eternal peace on Sunday, October 2, 2016.
Born August 12, 1921, Lucille Caroline Morrison was the daughter of the late Alfred Morrison and Alberta (Humphries) Morrison. She graduated from High School in Fairfield, VA. She married the late Edwin “E.H.” Mueller on May 29, 1944 and together they were self-employed farmers. She worked as the manager of Stamford Manufacturing Company for over 30 years. The most important job in her life was being a homemaker and caring for her family. Lucille was a long time member of the Calvary Baptist Church where she was very active in all church actives, especially WMU.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of almost 60 years, E. H. Mueller on May 2, 2004; parents, Alfred and Alberta Morrison; siblings, Katherine Robertson, Elizabeth Mayo, Berniece Wendeborn, Carl Morrison and Thomas Morrison.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her; loving children, Buddy Mueller and wife Darlene, Jerry Mueller and wife Glenda all of Stamford, TX, Ruth Ann Rhodes and husband Treavor of Marietta, GA; sister, Ruth Cox and husband Carl of Fairfield, VA; grandchildren, Michael Huggins and wife Deborah of Stamford, Lisa McKeever and husband Andy of Stamford, TX Cindy Howard of Atlanta, GA, Mark Mueller and wife Tiffany of Stamford, TX, Scott Mueller and wife Tracy of Saginaw, TX, Bryan and Deanna Tabor of McKinney, Matt and LeeAnn Mueller of Stamford, TX, Crissy Tosch and husband Jim of Coppell, TX, Ryan Mueller and wife Jackie of Carrollton, TX, and Justin Terrell and wife Jennifer of Prague, OK; 18 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday afternoon October 6, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Calvary Baptist Church (802 S. Ferguson) in Stamford with the Rev. Larry Archer officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home. Friends and relatives are invited and may visit with the Mueller Family on Wednesday, October 5 2016 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Tankersley Funeral Home (807 S. Columbia) Stamford, TX.
