Baleriano M. Moreno, 83, of Stamford passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the First Baptist Church in Stamford with Revs. Bill Wood and Tony Grand officiating. Burial will follow at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in Stamford. Rosary services will be said at 6:00 p.m. Saturday at the Tankersley Funeral Home in Stamford.
Bale was born April 14, 1931 in Stamford to Jose and Sabas Moreno. He was a lifetime resident of Stamford, He was a self-employed concrete contractor. Bale married Concha Vasquez on September 4, 1998. Survivors include his wife, Concha Moreno of Stamford, 6 sons, Gabriel Hernandez of Stamford, Arthur Hernandez and wife Joanie of Abilene, John Moreno and wife Gloria, Bobby Moreno and wife Sylvia and Joe Moreno, all of Stamford, and Steven Moreno and wife Rhonda of Hamlin, 2 brothers, Blackie Moreno and wife Amelia and Jack Moreno and wife Minnie all of Breckenridge, 5 sisters, Dora Mendez of Abilene, Mary Gomez and husband Ray of Stamford, Lupe Brown and husband Stan of Tuscola, Yolanda Cedillo and husband Raymond of Watauga, Texas and Linda Russell and husband Rusty of Austin, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
