Olan Nathan Goodman, 85, of Stamford, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2014 in Stamford. Cremation services were selected at Tankersley Funeral Home in Stamford.
Olan was born September 7, 1928 in Navarro County, Texas to B. B. and Mattie Goodman. Olan was a long time resident of Stamford and a self-employed farmer for many years. Olan was the last of 6 children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 daughter, Dana Flores, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
Survivors include, 3 sons, David Goodman and wife Kathy of Big Spring, TX, Jerry Goodman and wife Paulette of Abilene, TX, and Donald Goodman of Waco, TX.
1 daughter, Jamye Poe and husband Jeff of Brownwood, TX.
