Michael Scott Wyatt

Michael Scott Wyatt, 44, of Lueders, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 in an Abilene hospital. Michael was born November 22, 1968 in Abilene to Glenn and Sue Wyatt. He was raised in Lueders and graduated from Lueders high school. After graduation he went to Texas State Technical Institute in Sweetwater studying electronics. Michael worked in sales most of his adult life and retired in 2011. He was a member of the Avoca Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Glenn and Sue Wyatt of Lueders, 1 brother, Bruce Wyatt and wife Susan of Lueders, his maternal grandmother, Fern McGlathery and paternal grandmother, Maxine Wyatt, both of Lueders, 1 nephew, Alex Vaughan, 1 niece Alyssa Wyatt, 1 uncle, Al Wyatt and wife Bleassia of Houston, 2 cousins, Chris and Blake Wyatt of Houston.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Avoca Baptist Church with Revs. Rudy Fambrough, Less Mims and Bill Dickson officiating. Burial will follow at the Clear Fork Cemetery in Lueders under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home in Stamford.
