Amber Nicole Conn

Amber Nicole Conn, 14, of Stamford, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Stamford with Revs. Robert Wingrove and Paul Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Tankersley Funeral Home of Stamford.
Amber was born January 9, 1999 to David and Denise Conn in Abilene, Texas. She was a 7th grade student at Paint Creek Junior High. She had lived in Stamford since 2011, moving here with her family from Haskell. Amber attended Common Ground in Stamford, was active in basketball and UIL at Paint Creek Schools. Amber had a special love for animals.
Survivors include her parents, David and Denise Conn of Stamford, 1 sister, Sabrina Conn of Stamford, her maternal grandparents, Dale and Doris Carroll of Weinert, and her paternal grandmother, Darlene Conn of Marble Falls, Texas, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
